Return & Refund Policy

At Spira, every item is made to order. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns
Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in their original condition.

We accept returns for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items (wrong item or print)
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected at checkout

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Spira covers return shipping costs.

For all other returns (change of mind or wrong size), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Non-Eligible Returns
Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
